Manufactured to Order
Where the customer's requirements cannot be met from our stock liner range, for dimensional or technical reasons, all types of dry, flanged or wet liners can be manufactured quickly and economically to order. There is no minimum quantity for special manufacture. We specialise in manufacturing small batches from 1-100 pcs. We also supply OE manufacturers with large volume production. When liners are to be manufactured to order this can be undertaken based on the clients own drawings or samples. We can also discuss matters based on the customer's requirement and reference material which we have established over the years. Special manufacture is not only for small quantities: volume production runs can be produced to meet the individual, on-going requirements of marque specialists and businesses focussing upon particular specialist engines – whether modern or historic. By having liners which would otherwise have to be specially produced each time, this enables specialists to offer quicker turnaround on engine work and can even result in the restoration of engines which might otherwise be considered uneconomic. Recent projects include the Koenigsegg 4.6 Twin Supercharged V8 engine, 24 Litre V12 JagPanther WWII engine, 1200BHP Subaru Impreza Engine, and many more interesting projetcs.
